Service Agreements A Noritsu Service Agreement protects your investment and provides you with the ability to manage maintenance costs more effectively, eliminating “surprise” bills for parts and labor. The additional benefits include access to a toll-free hotline for technical assistance on your Noritsu equipment. This hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In most cases, problems are corrected over the phone by our fully trained technical staff.
