A Noritsu Service Agreement protects your investment and provides you with the ability to manage maintenance costs more effectively, eliminating “surprise” bills for parts and labor. The additional benefits include access to a toll-free hotline for technical assistance on your Noritsu equipment. In most cases, problems are corrected over the phone by our fully trained technical staff.
Should your equipment require on-site attention, one of our trained field technicians will be dispatched to your location to perform service as needed. All Noritsu Service Agreement customers have the benefit of Preventive Maintenance Care. A Technical Service Representative will visit your location, inspect equipment and identify any potential problems. Should your system require parts, each Noritsu regional office has a complete inventory for all Noritsu equipment.
